Tim Perini

Head of Capex & Project Management

Tim has been with L+R Hotels since 2023 and leads all Hotel Capex and Project Management efforts for L+R’s U.S. and Caribbean hotels.

Tim has worked in real estate development, construction, and project management for over 30 years, working for contractors, consultancies, and owner/developers.  He began his hospitality career in 2005 working for Starwood Hotels & Resorts, where he oversaw branded residential development and operations for the St. Regis, Luxury Collection, W Hotels and Westin brands.  Prior to L+R, Tim worked for Alfred Weissman Real Estate (NY) overseeing a 300,000 SF, five-star branded residential development called The St. Regis Residences, Rye (NY), the St Regis brand’s first non-hotel branded residences in the world.       

Currently a resident of New York, Tim holds a BA and MBA from Harvard and a Masters in Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
