Matt Stray is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 18 years of experience in operational excellence, asset management, and strategic leadership within the hotel and wellness industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Asset Management at L+R Hotels, Matt oversees the financial performance of a diverse portfolio of luxury, resort, and branded properties across the UK. His expertise spans direct management, international brand partnerships, and third-party management agreements.

Previously, Matt held the role of Vice President of Operations – EMEA at Aimbridge Hospitality, where he managed performance metrics across hotels, health clubs, and spas for over a decade. Earlier in his career, he contributed to strategic operational projects and pre-opening management with Chardon Management Ltd and led teams to exceed financial expectations in the health and fitness sector.

With a track record of driving profitability, managing complex portfolios, and delivering high-quality guest experiences, Matt is a dynamic leader in the hospitality sector, adept at aligning strategy with operational success.
