Anthony Fragoso

SVP and Head of Asset Management – North America

Anthony has been with L+R Hotels since 2023 and leads all activities related to asset management in the US and Caribbean.

Anthony was previously with RFR Holdings for nearly eight years, a New York based real estate investment firm with over $10B of AUM.  There he oversaw Hospitality Investments and Asset Management of hotels, membership clubs, and restaurants and worked on iconic assets such as W South Beach in Miami, the Gramercy Park Hotel in New York, and the Jaffa Luxury Collection Resort in Tel Aviv.

Anthony has also served in corporate roles across asset management, investments, and financial planning & analysis at Starwood Hotels, Denihan Hospitality Group, and Caesars Entertainment. Anthony holds a BS in Hotel Administration, with a minor in Real Estate from Cornell University.
