Andy Fish

Group CFO

Andy joined L+R in 2024 as Group CFO and has over 25 years of experience in the real estate and hospitality sectors.
Most recently, Andy spent six years as Global CFO for YOTEL prior to which he spent twelve years as European CFO for Westmont Hospitality Group overseeing numerous multi-jurisdictional JV and investment structures. Prior to Westmont, Andy was SVP Asset Management at GIC RE managing their multi-asset class European portfolio and significant expansion into the hospitality sector. Andy has also held several senior Finance and Asset Management roles with IHG both in Europe and US.

Andy began his career at Coopers & Lybrand where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant, he holds a BSc in Accounting & Economics from the University of Southampton.
